Root Whole Body
Root Whole Body, a holistic treatment and health center, commissioned our team to design their newest location in Portland’s Slabtown neighborhood. The scope of the project included a cafe, yoga studios, medical offices, and spa facilities, among other amenity spaces. Utilizing natural materials within a modern Asian aesthetic — a nod to the center’s focus on Eastern medicine — we were able to create a welcoming space that channeled the center’s mantra of personal wellness. Our effort was recognized with the “Tenant Improvement of the Year 2018” award from the Daily Journal of Commerce.
