How We Work

Discovery

Our concept development phase is a creative brainstorm, a design meeting of the minds to uncover a client’s design story. From sessions full of color, conversation, art, photography, and media, we gain a clear understanding of each client’s personal style, goals, and boundaries.
Collaboration

After the discovery phase, a minimum of two concept plans are presented to the client and revised through a collaborative evaluation process. Feedback is welcomed and encouraged in order to establish priorities, must-haves, and consensus as we move toward a shared vision.
Planning & Selection

All plans, drawings, and construction documentation needed for permits are produced in house, a key benefit that sets us apart from other design firms. We do this to create an even smoother transition from conception to installation. This phase also includes the fun part of selecting all of the features, finishes, furniture, and other design details.
Management

Once a plan is complete, our team shepherds the project to completion. We introduce clients to vendors and contractors, provide guidance on pricing, oversee construction — our team is readily available in any capacity to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and precisely to specification.

We understand that our commercial clients grow and their preferences change, and an organization’s aesthetic evolution should align with these shifting priorities.
